RECREATION COMMITTEE– ALDERMAN VON DRASEK, CHAIRMAN

A. Recommendation to approve the various expenses associated with the Children’s Christmas Party items totaling $4,635.

B. Recommendation to join the intergovernmental agreement with School District 105 providing for the improvement and use of the play area and park at Ideal Elementary School.

INFRASTRUCTURE COMMITTEE – ALDERMAN MICHALCZYK, CHAIRMAN

C. Consider referral of proposed revisions to Accessory Building regulations to the Plan Commission.

D. Consider approval of revisions to Fence Construction regulations, Sec. 8-3-2 of the municipal code.

E. Approval of remediation invoices for the former fire station at 5745 La Grange Road to JMS for payment #1 - $60,611.

X. CITY ATTORNEY/LEGAL REPORT

A. Draft resolution adopting an identity theft program.

B. Draft ordinance adopting a fire hydrant flushing requirements program.

A. Recommendation to engage TPI Building Code Consultants during the interim of the vacancy of the Manager of Building Administration.

B. Recommend the donation of surplus photocopier to the Heritage Corridor Convention & Visitors Bureau.
